A September 14th court date has been set to determine whether or not the Britney Spears - Kevin Federline custody battle court records should be made public.
The “(You Drive Me) Crazy” singer has the people over at PEOPLE drooling over the idea of getting the inside scoop (leading them to file the motion for disclosure). If released, the documents will include testimony from recently subpoenaed ex-assistant Shannon Funk, ex-bodyguard Daimon Shippen, and current personal assistant Alli Sims.
